SOCCER FOR HARMONY RULES
Every player guaranteed minimum of 3 games
Registration: Players must be registered prior to game.
Roster: A team must have a minimum of 10 players on their roster and a maximum of 14.
- A Coed team must have a minimum of 2 women playing on the outfield at all times.
Proper Attire: League shirts, turf or flat sole soccer shoes recommended, shorts, shin pads. No metal spiked shoes will be allowed.
Kickoff: Ball must roll forward midfield at start of game & all restart after each goal score. (Opponent must allow 6 yards distance to restart).
Free Kicks: The wall will be positioned 6 yards from the infraction.
Penalty kicks: All Pk's taken 6 yards from the goal.
Pass Back: keeper can not use hands to play the ball
No offside, no Slide Tackles (yellow card offense), no aggressive reckless play.
Yellow Cards: A player may be given a yellow card for dissent, consistent fouling, hand ball, aggressive play. 2 yellow card infractions will earn a player a red card.
Red Cards: Player will automatically be suspended from game. The Red carded players team will play a man down for the duration of the match.
Sportsmanship: All participants are to conduct themselves in a proper, respectful manner to all game officials, & participating players. Fighting, abusive language will be subject to red cards.
Substitutions: unlimited on a fly. (Goal Keeper substitutions MUST be made during team's possession)
Two 20 mins/halves. (conclusion of initial half, team changes side immediately at referees whistle & resumes play)
Draw: End of regulation time the score is tie, it will record as tie with each team receiving a point.
Points: W=3 points, L=0pt., D=1pt., Forfeits 3-0
Referees decisions are final & binding as no protest allowed after game!
Team Captains/Coordinators responsibilities: Ensure that your respective teams are aware of the above guidelines, player's proper behavior, & full payment of team entry dues.
